There's no reason you can't. As long as people keep posting it stays on the first page.

Fire, you should stay on. I shouldn't even be here bc i no longer do hhcg, but i'm still curious about everyone's experiences.

Beestly - Elaine we wouldn't want you to leave either!!! I for one am glad that you still post on here with us. There is no "shouldn't be here" you started with us on hhcg and even though you had to switch over there is no reason you can't still chit chat with us everyday :o) We would all miss you terribly!

Ok everyone I think I will start a homeopathic P3 lounge for us. What would you all like in our new lounge?? Wedges of cheese on crystal plates, mugg cake towers, giant chicken salads with ranch dressing??? You name it & we will put it in our P3 lounge that we have all earned :o) I'm ready to move in how about you?

Short update on my progress. The last two days I have gained back 2 pounds total, however, TOM just started, so I think that probably accounts for it. Overall inches lost in 8 days, 5.5! Funny enough, my legs were not the same size when I first measured on day 1. Now they are close, even though one thigh actually gained half an inch! I guess there's a bit of re-organizing going on.

Way to go Brandeline :o) I noticed the same thing in my calves when I did my measuring! I think right now I have some rearranging going on too! Don't stress to much if you just started TOM - I don't get that but from what I read & from what I remember from way back in the day when I use to - I always gained weight during that time - then presto it was gone :o) Keep up the great job!

Just finished my first week and have to say I am pretty pleased overall with my results.
    Today is R1P2D8
Down 6.8# from before load weight

I want to lose another 18# and plan to go till the end of November and do 30 days. I sure hope I can get that much off cause I really don't think I will need another round. I want to be done with P3 by Xmas..ie parties, xmas baking, etc. I need to be able to start incorporating carbs by then.

Ladies thanks for the ecouragement and advice, this is really a wonderful community, I have NEVER had so much support !

I have a couple of questions.

First, I have read on this forum that homeopathic is not real and not good and that it won't reset your hypothalmus. Is this true? Because that's what I'm taking and I want to know if I've done this for nothing. I'm on r1p2vlcd21.

Second, while I've lost 16 1/2 pounds in three weeks, my weight loss is really slowing... only 3 pounds this last week. Is this common and how long should I continue? Do people keep losing up to 40 days, or should I quit at 30?

Lastly, if the homeopathic drops are not good, what should I buy for round 2? I do not want to do injections so what should I buy and where should I buy it from?

I love this forum. It has helped me a lot.

Homeopathic is real it is just a more diluted dose of hcg. As for resetting your hypothalamus, I haven't seen too many people who have taken the hhcg and posted about their ability to stabilize etc. So for me this is a trial run. Then I will switch to rx grade and see if there is a significance difference. There has only ever been one post that says it is not real or not good and I pretty much feel like that person was here just to sabotage others and create doubt and frustrations. I am curious as to where else on this forum you have read that it doesn't work or is not real. Hcg itself is a very mental process. You have to be willing to let it work and help it out. This is not a miracle cure diet. It isn't going to make you stop having cravings or shut your body down when you reach for that piece of cake. You do need willpower to do that and the hcg and the diet teach willpower and train you to know what it feels like when you do eat a huge piece of cake. That is not saying that once you get to P4 you can't have a small piece of cake occasionally. That being said, hhcg is definitely mental even during the process. Homeopathics can be very delicate and you have to be more careful about sensitivity. I am switching to rx next time for my own research. 16.5 lbs doesn't sound like a waste of time to me.

Yes your weight is going to slow. There has been plenty of research that shows weight slowing in the last little bit. Whether you go 40 days or quit at 30 needs to depend on your body. If you are making it and not being hungry then I say keep going. But if you are frustrated, ready to just be done etc. you should stop and move on to P3

There are plenty of threads talking about where to buy and what to buy. Do a search at the top of the page for where to buy hcg.

I am glad you have loved this forum and it has helped you in the 2 hrs you have been here. Hope your time is a lot longer and you are satisfied with your results!

Chasing - your seat is reserved :o) I'm done with my drops last night was my first night without them I took my last dose around 12-1pm so this morning will be my first full day without them :o) I think I was just hungry last night part of it was mental LOL

    Nita - way to go!!!!!!

Wilsong - Look how much you have lost!!! There are plenty of people that have taken hhcg & have stabilized! Don't doubt it this far in. You have done an awesome job & yes it is common to slow down at the point your at! My last week I would be up .2 then down 1.4 the next day, then the next day nothing, then down 1.2 and so on. I deciced to stop at 23 days because I want to start my next round in December & use Christmas as my loading day. I'm going to Vegas in February so I was planning my rounds to coincide with that. I will be in P4 when I go to Vegas if I do things the way I have them set up :o) It is up to you how long you stay on your round. The minimum is 23 days. If the homeopathic is not real how did you lose your weight, without starving to death? Don't let the people who haven't even tried it scare you :0) Keep up the great job!!

I was up .2 today. I have no idea why either except that maybe it was due to having cottage cheese two days in a row or steak at lunch and cottage cheese at dinner. So I am going to do my steak and chicken today and try to drink more water than normal. I also have noticed the days I sleep in or stay up late I have a very small loss or a small gain. So I officially am done sleeping in and staying up late!
