that's awesome Annette. you are truly a whole new different person. I know i too have lost that much in the past and it's so weird looking in the mirror. just wait until you look back at some of your old photos and ask yourself "who was that?" you have so much to be proud of...i'm so happy for you.

Thanks, Margie. Perhaps we should. You'll be here very soon. I think I like the 23 day rounds better - seems more manageable. Looking forward to P3, but still on my three VLCD days. I was hoping for two more rounds yet this year but seems like they won't all fit in with us having a trip the last week of October. So, I'll do one more 23-day round after that and then more next year. Need to firm up more too - bat wings and legs. For kicks I tried on a size 10 and it actually fit comfortably. Very excited. Just need to keep at it through P3 and stabilize well this time.
Mikkydee will love this, I'm so sick of chicken that I'm looking forward to a filet mignon. No, can't do chicken wing days - too much sugar in that sauce.

BTW, they do make chicken wing sauce with no sugar, have to check the labels out. I found some called "Moore's" brand. They also make a steak marinade which is absolutely delish but has sugar in it.
I ate 4 lbs of chicken wings the other day! mmmmmmmmmmmm good!\ Went diving yesterday, left at 5 AM got home at 10:30 PM, had 2 hours sleep night before, and logged 3.8 lbs over LIW. Stupid LIW!! Looks like another steak day for me. For some reason the scuba diving always logs a gain for me. (maybe it is all that water I swallow trying not to drown :) So sad, didn't catch any lobster but did get some nasty lacerations on hand trying to pull one out of a cave, pinched me through heavy dive gloves and ripped them tearing open my hand. Hand throbbing today and keeps opening back up wanting to bleed. Yeah for lobster diving!!! Grand Pubah still pushing the envelope and living on the edge!!!
I am so impressed Annette!! And I'm also inspired to know that someone has done what I need to do. I started with 150 pounds to lose and lost 30 pounds on R1P2. I am in my second day of P3, so I still have a long way to go. I am just in awe of you!
So for you 23 day rounds work better than 40 day rounds? I'm really struggling with that question myself.
