Jacklin...you are so wonderful and kind...what an encouraging message. Today I ate meat all day. Breakfast and lunch...I added an apple slice b/c it looked good. :o) I spent over an hour at the grocery store looking at label and trying to see what to buy...though it was discouraging, your note made it all better. I am thinking I will keep in my blue cheese dressing and eat more meat tonight. Then I will try eggs tomorrow morning. B/c of TOM I am going to keep my head up and just deal with things. I would like to know what your opinion is. I am debating whether or not to start round 2 on Thanksgiving day. That would mean I was only on p3 for 2 weeks. Is that okay? If not, then would you wait until 3 weeks is up and do another round to end p2 the day before Christmas, or just wait and stay on p4 throughout December to begin round 2 in JAnuary? I am really struggling with that decision, but if I just cannot stabalize, I am thinking it would be better to just start my round2 and have gorge days 1 and 2 the day of and after Thanksgiving. The problem is, I will then try and stabalize the week of Christmas...yikes. I was just wondering what your thoughts were since we three are in the same boat, or anybody elses thoughts for that too...maybe all this p2, r2 stuff can get confusion, I hope I did not make it too confusing...

Hugssssssss, right back to you, and you know what, you are so right. WE are going to do amazing things with this and no matter what we are still on the right path and I need to calm down some and just take it as it comes. my last day of drops will be on the 21st of this month. Do you think I will be able to load on New years eve and New years day and then start round 2. 6 weeks from the 21st to be exact would be Jan 3rd. Do you think I would still be ok? Or should I count the 6 wks starting with the first day after the continued 3 days of vlcd? So then 6 weeks would be Jan 6th.

I think i will Colleen. Thanks. Now I am thinking about doing the injections this time around. But do not want to worry about getting it in the muscle. This time I did the drops and had trouble at times of either keeping it under my tongue or sometimes I couldn't tell how many drops I did. Anyway, I was thinking of ordering from Fran. Is that a good source? What do I need for the regular shots not in the muscle? I have no idea how to do this. Thanks for your advice. Would it be safe to order now for my next round?

Another question Colleen. How do I know which to do 2000 or 5000? her website shows both. 43 day program 2 5000 bottles. Is this the one I would need? Thanks for your help
