after gaining .6 because of the chewable vitamins, this morning I was down 1.4. I ran out of hgc this morning. So this is going to be my skip day. I told the dr. there wasn't enough in the bottle. Guess I was right.
It was suppose to last until Fri. I have to see him tomorrow. I got hgc from bob. And I've ordered from Ash. Where does anyone order B 12 from? I'm a little confused on the B12 issue.

mountaingirl, you can get sublingual b-12 at walmart or any healthfood store. As far as the injectable b-12 I will let another address it.
If you want to take vitamins I would recomend LifeCaps. They do not upset the stomach, help curb appetite, and don't stall most people on the diet.

If you use the coupon code "lifeline" it will deduct $10 off per bottle.

    thanks Grand P
My dr is suppose to be putting the b12 in with the hcg. But somehow I think not.
I went today to get my next 2 weeks and he was all out of reg. hcg.
He gave me injectible hhcg. I asked him about it because it was my understanding that
you couldn't inject hhcg. He said he had a lot of patients on hhcg injections. Works very well
he said. I know that is what he told me I had to begin with. But he said it as I was flying out the
door. So I thought maybe I heard wrong. Guess not.

Is anyone else stalling? Any ideas as to how to lose weight quicker and consistently. I dread the scale already and its only day 27.

jsterling, assuming your hcg isn't getting old, and you are following the protocol, everyone has little pauses as the body tries to catch up to the weight loss. also if you hit a weight you have weighed in the past, your body will want to sit there for awhile, it feels "comfortable". As Cindi said, stay the course...if your stall is more than 3 or 4 days, do an apple day if you want to... it will help jump start you again.

Thanks ILuvKats. It isn't an awful stall. It comes and goes but it's been two weeks and I've lost less than six pounds. I'm drinking a lot, walking and it's a new batch of hcg, plus I've never been at this weight for long so I'm pretty confused. But I'm sticking to it. What else is there to do.

Thanks for your help. If you have any other ideas let me know.

Bumping this up because I am starting P2 again. I do look forward to trying some soup recipes this round. In August, it was too hot to think about! ~Tam
