meg - I agree with your work out partner, when I changed into smaller clothes, that is when I started to get the "have you lost weight?" comments. We need to stop covering up what we are so proud of.

lol, raeyraey11 don't be so excited about the real food because your going to be in the bathroom all morning anyways, lol, just kidding, okay really not kidding about being in the bathroom : )

Mama Maui, I have some medium plain Adidas shirts that I never would put in the dryer because I didn't want them to shrink, I know that sounds dumb but it's true, so no I have to put them in the dryer and they still look big even though they shrank, lol
I don't really want to put any money into new clothes yet because I'm going to do another round so I'm gonna keep the tents around for a bit longer, but I can fit into jeans that I haven't worn in over 4 years!!!! Craziness I LOVE IT!
Oh and the cute victoria secret undies that my honey likes, lol, I know TMI

I am 135 more or less and I wasn't sure either, size 4 now, but I do think I am going to join the group starting the day after New Years. I think I will still fit the same pants only loose.

meg - maybe tuck the shirt in and wear a belt, that's always impressive.

Well..I would love to be a size 4...probably NOT gonna happen without an abdominoplasty...which ain't gonna happen...my stomach even after diet AND abdominal workouts...shows signs of carrying two kids!!! Youngest is 20...guess I am stuck with it! Not complaining..it is what it is!

pentastarr - I wouldn't be so sure. After reg diet and workouts, the smallest I ever reached at a weight of 134 was size 6. Now I weigh 135 and am size 4, no tummy work outs for 4 years. I was amazed!

Meg - You can get a complete outfit at Ross for cheap (where I shop) Slacks $9 (name brand), blouse or sweater $10-15. Prolly under $20.00. Don't you deserve at least ONE outfit for the holidays for you hard work? Consider it an early Christmas present to yourself. If I were there, I would just grab you and drag you there myself! You DESERVE something nice.

Oh, I figured out Smooth Move tea works...when least expected!!
