    I am a musician....we can only count to 4 anyways. I don't count calories. I eat a giant (burnt) omelette in the morning. I'm not hungry until 5 at night. Sometimes I'll eat a lunch...but mostly just breakfast and dinner lately unless I'm concerned that I'm not getting enough protein. Don't worry about fat content right now AT ALL! Protein times 4 of P2 probably at each meal. ( I can only count that high anyways)
    You'll do great. Don't be apprehensive. You can undo just about any damage in 3-4 days of high protein. Don't go hog wild, but with some moderate restraint...you'll do awesome. Mistakes or slips can be recovered from. I've eaten almost an entire virtual cow to prove it. Shhhhhhhhhh. Virtual ASPCA doesn't know yet.

    hey everyone I need some guidance. What weight do we use for our last drop weight (LDW)? My last drop weight was 154 then I dropped down to 152.6 in the VLCD after. Now I am on P3, today I am up 1.4, which is not 2.1 pounds, but what weight do I use that against and is a 1.4 raise something that should make me debate a protein day today? To be honest I am supposed to be on my TOM anyday now and ummmmmm.... my pipes feel pretty backed up (sorry). Always happens before the crimson wave. I apologize to anyone who is mortified right now =) Any suggestions?

    Mel - 154 is the weight you use, the drop is usually water weight and adipose fat which you will always gain back (hence the increase).

    lis: I burned my almond cookies today too =(

    gogirl68: I agree you really don't need to count calories, however I've found it extremely helpful to log what I'm eating so I can look back at patterns of weight fluctuations (in case of food sensitivities popping up)... I do it on fitday.com so it gives me a calorie and protein estimate at the same time.

    Ok..day one with NO drops...feel lost and lonely...without them! I am amazed I have NO hunger, whats up with that...will that change? I am parched with thirst...I can not get enough water to take that dryness away..scale was down .2.......even after feeling bloated all day yesterday...I woke up at 6am, just knowing I was gonna see an increase on the scale!! Just went and bought myself a new Weight Watchers scale...I did the whole P2 with a scale that did not sync in .2's, just .5's....figured this part was to important to mess up! Got my daughters home from school...so cooking is gonna be really hard...and with Thanksgiving coming...I have my steak all ready!!! Gonna do my darndest to keep on track! Have to find some time, and money...to get clothes that fit...haven't done that is a long time!!!

    Going to the in laws for a birthday dinner tonight, if one of the many sister in laws of mine doesn't notice I lost 15 pounds I'm gonna knock em in the head with there starchy tortillas!

    The one I'm closest with didn't notice when I visited her a couple weeks ago, and that girl notices everything!

    My workout partner says she notices but that my body shape looks the same, but it's obvious that I've lost a lot around the sides, then she says if you wouldn't wear those big tent shirts people would notice, lol.

    Pentastarr its my first day without drops too!!!.. I can't wait until I can start eating P3 foods.. YUM my mouth is watering just thinking about it.. yea I am not hungry either.. but I have a feeling I will be tomorrow.. I did the drops so you usually get hungry faster because the HCG comes out of your body faster.. but we will see! Good luck! OMG we are going to the U of A Oregon game tonight.. I know I am going to be drooling over the Nachos LoL.. I will for sure pack an apple :)
