    semaj: Colleen does indeed tend to be right! Sometimes we resist, but in the end...
    What I've learned this round on P3 is that cheese makes my weight go wild! No cheese, no theatrics. Colleen gave me good advice =)

    meg: You're below LIW, so what's the problem!? I understand though, I've done the same thing of worrying about what caused a change in my weight, then having to remind myself that minor fluctuations are no big deal as long as I'm within 2 lbs. Something to keep in mind is that your weight fluctuates a lot depending on what time you weigh, so maybe you didn't actually gain anything at all?

    Man I have to drive an hour away to go to wholefoods, grrrrrrrr, thats what happens when u live in a small town

    meg: I only worry about large jumps. Say tomorrow you go up a pound... I would wonder about that, not because you would be out of range, but maybe that indicates a food allergy? And you wouldn't want to eat more of that food and then gain another pound! I just calmly experiment when that happens and cut back on potentially suspicious foods then add them back slowly. I did that yesterday in fact =)

    Hi Everyone. Good news I got through my first day (freak out and all) and am down.6! Thanks so much for hitting me over the head with that celery stick deb =) and lis I am gonna eat a fat latte, rub my body with fat, then eat a fat soup with chunks of fat in it, then I will dip fat in fat! Thanks for all the positive feedback everyone! You guys are awesome!

    Ok, so I did the steak day yesterday, and I dropped the retained water, I am still 1.2 above liw, and dropped 1.2.

    I eating like is is P2 (but way more calories) I added about 20 almonds with lunch (we will see if the almonds are the culprit)

    Anyone know if I should add something new tomorrow? Do I add almonds again at dinner?

    my weight is 149.8

    I have a feeling my stable weight is 150-151 which I am totally fine with, I wish I could just get it to stay there. Oh, and no Crystal Light for me either, could that be it? the gainer?

    Yeah, Crystal Lite was the poison in it. No bueno. I am doing my steak day today, hope I get your results. I hope mine is not the almonds, I really love them, I would be heart broken. I think you all are right about not eating enough. :-C
