    Margie, hadn't thought of that! BTW, my niece is on her 2 vlcd, using homepathic drops, I've seen her on the forum already, I'm so excited for her to learn more and see great success as we all have! She said she has learned alot from the "NEWCOMER" threads, Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough to each one of you that belong to the "Royal Family". I'm looking forward to one more round in the next couple months, just still a bit nervous about the mixing of it on my own.

    Need to refer to the "NEWcomer" thread myself again! :)

    Hi Lindylu and Barb.... Make that 3 of us!

    So far during the week that I have been on P3, I have managed to stay within 2lbs of LIW. But this morning I was exactly 2lbs over! I haven't eaten any starches but it might be that I've eaten too much fruit as I have been having a daily glass of orange juice with my bacon and eggs. I have tried to keep to only proteins today, eggs and bacon for breakfast, some fresh goats cheese for lunch and 200g of roast chicken (roasted whole on the bone.... mmmmmm) and cabbage for dinner. I also ate an unsweetened Greek yogurt. I'm trying to drink lots of water too. Let's see what tomorrow brings! Good luck to us all.

    i hear ya Mags...there seems to be really no rhyme or reason to it. In the end, I always go back down.....at least so far lol!!

    I guess I have been one of the really lucky ones. This R2 P3 and now P4, I have been at least 2 # under LIW. i have been eating almost anything i want, and drinking booze like a fish. vodka, white wine, ozou, vodka every day---and tonight I tried red wine, my fave. eating corn on the cob, new potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash. I'm not much of a sweet eater, but have been doing all the fresh fruits--peaches, melons, grapes. had half a hot dog with bun and relish yesterday, with no serious aftereffects. in fact, lost a #. still afraid of Bread, and i really want a tomato sandwich-- but staying away right now. I hope the next month stays the same so i can go into R3 with much more confidence.

    my big problem is the munchies at work. i'm fine on the weekends-- really don't think about food, but 10 AM and 2 Pm are my downfall. I've been eating nuts, but usually gain a little bit from them. I'm going to switch to string cheeses this week to see if that helps. I also have sworn I will get up and take a walk when the munchies come out. Do you think Mikky dee sends them out to distract us?

    moxie- i've found the same thing- that all "real" food seems to go down well. it's the sugar and white flour that seems to be the weight trigger for me.

    I've had a lot more nuts this week while at my desk, just munching! I'm gonna cut those for a few days and see the result. More protein, cheese, AGUA, AGUA, y mas AGUA! :)

    I don't get the munchies the same as I did before doing the protocol. If I'm hungry when I get home from work, I go for a hard boiled egg. I eat a ton of egss...Lindy, maybe we should start a chicken co-op together!! lol

    I live in a very small town where chickens are permitted on the property, I'm gonna have to work on my hubby with the idea of egg laying hens! I am back down within 2# of LIW! Yeah!

    uuggghhhhhh!!! 4lbs over LIW. it's gonna be hard to do a protein day, i'm at work all day. . . . . maybe just a lot of water and a big ol steak tonight. whats in a steak day again??? seasoning??? and an apple?

    it says no salt, but i use it. either raw tomato or apple.
