Why would you need to do a high protein day? You are BELOW your LIW!

Yes, I have an Omron hand-held dealy-whopper and I love it! Can't remember where I got it because it was several years ago. I checked my BF when I started VLCD but now that I'm on day 23 then I really should check again -- so thanks for reminding me.

Every so often I will bring the Omron to work and you wouldn't believe the number of people that come to my desk asking if they can try it out :)

Ahhh, 30 bucks at newegg.com! I'm sure I paid over $40 at the time..

Cool! I think I'll get me one of those dealy whoppers!!

Colleen--I didn't look back at my post, but I may have stated it wrong. My brain is not working right today...for some reason I can't think how to state this, so I'll just say this----if I gained .8 in the morning, I would be doing a steak day.
Criminy....having a major brain fart right now!! Embarrassing! I think I am 1.3 ABOVE my LIW. (crap)

Reaching over into the P4 lounge for a little bit...should have moved over last week but I am afraid to jump in completely. Stabilized well in P3 and like eating this way. But realize I need to start trying some starches to see if I have issues. I am starting R2 the weekend after Thanksgiving so I will only be here a bit...added in some Ezekiel bread yesterday no problem. Today had another piece of Ezekiel bread and I just baked some gluten free cupcakes with agave nectar....we'll see how they go...LA

welcome!! Your time on p4 is going to be so short, don't let it discourage you if you have any problems with the starches. It takes awhile to really see how the body will react. So, do these few days with a "grain of salt" in terms of the info you gather, OK? :)) good luck.

Hi, starting P4 tomorrow, second round, just popping in to say hi. Right now I feel stuffed. Dinner was chicken fried steak (using coconut flour), salad with oil and vinegar dressing, and a mug cake for dessert with whip creme. I think I might just go into a coma. Fearful about adding starches and/or sugars : S

mama maui, I never thought of using coconut flour to coat chicken with. I have a huge bag of almond flour, do you think I could use that to coat chicken? How did you make your chicken fried steak?
