    Thank Heaven I don't have that problem. lol But I just don't want to eat another egg. I have to keep telling myself it's only for one day. I really want to get back to where I was. I have about three more long rounds to do. I really don't want to start at a higher weight.
    I didn't have any problems with the weight gain until I ate some rice. That put me on a roller coaster that I haven't been able to get off of.

    So eat P2 only more of them?

    Yeah try cutting everything else out, eat only the foods you were eating on P2, way more of course...........
    I know once I have a taste of rice or pasta etc. I want to eat more
    It's just a thought but it might help

    I'll do that tomorrow. I'll see how my egg day goes today. I was going to do another steak day tomorrow, but P2 foods sounds good too. Maybe if I mix it up a little it won't be so hard. Steak day, egg day, P2 day then repeat. lol

    Aaaah Raelynn,
    Yes, I know the evil rice fairy. She and I had a head against the wall bashing contest and she won. Wheat fairy too.
    Beer didn't seem to effect me that I noticed...didn't have much though... so I'm thinking I can have barley. Corn and potatoes worked for me but my heritage is Irish, Scottish,German, French, English...the majority are potato people. Not sure how I got the "get out of jail" card on corn, but who cares. Sad club to join...but yes...many of us are in it. But on the bright side....once we learn the triggers we can keep the weight off.

    I don't know why I thought you were in p2. I haven't seen you too much lately. I gained over 7 pounds on load days!
    I started out 1.6 over ldw to begin with. So my over the ldw weight on my highest load day was 9 lbs over! Yikes!
    I've lost 4.4 of it...should have lost more but handled fatty food with bare hands then forgot to skin my fish before cooking. Oh well. At least I'm losing. Why cry over spilled hcg, right?

    I'm here! :)

    I'm technically still P3 according to Dr. S but my weight seemed to stabilize end of last week, just started dropping back down on it's own after about 10 days of higher numbers so I decided to go ahead and spoil myself with 1 corn tortilla chip, and a reasonable serving of potato salad over the weekend and so far, potatoes are working well, had another yesterday. I did have a handful of peanuts yesterday, too...I think I'm going to hang out for another day until I add anything else. The scale was up today but I'm trying to remind myself that I'm ALWAYS up on Monday's and to just chill. ;)
