amocomprar, they usually do a hema Q on a drop of blood from your finger to get a hemaglobin level on you. When I did it back in July, mine was 12...which is normal. For women, the most common cause of a low hemaglobin is their TOM....generally not the low protein diet of the protocol. You may need an iron supplement, esp if your periods are heavy.
It was not TOM and they tried more than once. I was R1P2 and am sure it was due to not eating enough protein as I generally follow low carb high protein and am able to give even on TOM. I was borderline, but nonetheless low.
