    I'm in P2 of the protocol and have only taken 4 injections. I'm supposed to donate blood tomorrow but I can't locate if this question has been asked before. Could you please let me know?

    hello snichols and welcome. I have never heard this question here. You may type in a search of this forum under blood and see what it pulls up. Personally I don't see the harm unless you are feeling run down and weak. Donating blood could at least add to that at least till your body recovers.
    Or you could just use 1timer's blood instead. Or if she doesn't have enough then use Iluvkats' blood.

    snichols, welcome...and don't mind mikkydee...I donated blood during my last round and did fine. The amount of hcg in your blood is verrrrrrry slight, so it shouldn't matter to the blood bank. If you are feeling run down, or think you might be anemic, then don't do it because it is an extra stress on your body. Just make sure to drink even more fluid than you already do, because the next day you will be volume depleted.

    Thank you very much ILuvKats. I'm feeling great and will donate blood. Been drinking lots of water and will make sure to drink extra for the next two days just to make sure :-)

    I checkes and donating blood is fine. I found that I was low iron due to the lack of protein so I was rejected...FYI
