    Smooth move tea will work it's a natural laxative senna but should not be used daily.. for me it was taking exlax cramps and all!
    If you do a search on constipation you will get some more ideas.

    Many have suggested
    Natural Calm magnessium, taken at night..it's a drink you mix up with water you can buy it at Vitamin shoppe or any health food store. This does not interfere with the diet. I have used it twice and like it plan on taking it every night.

    Remember we are eating less, so once a day is fine:)

    You can buy senna tablets if you don't like the SM tea.
