I, too, am having this concern. I am in my 3rd wk of phase 2 and have not been using ANYTHING. I have ezcema and my skin is SO dry it stings. I used organic x-tra virgin coconut oil one night and gained 1.5 lbs the next day. I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it or not. I am struggling with what shampoo, conditioner, hairproducts, soap, etc to use also.

Hi ladies! I have researched products and found that Arbonne products are safe to use during the protocol because they are made from botanicals and do not have mineral oil in them like most products out there do... they have shampoo, body cleansers, skin care and makeup! I have been using all of this stuff and have had no problems dropping the weight. I have joined as a "wholesale" buyer to get the best prices so let me know if I can help you out too... I have a website to help fellow hCG er's get this stuff!! :) www.thinkdifferent.myarbonne.com
Check it out and let me know if you have any questions

Neways Healthy Homes has products which do not contain propylene glycol or sodium lauryl sulfate, etc. They are great -- and you can get your personal care products which are safe. Check them out at www.ineways.com/saundra.

I've been on the HCG protocol for 6 days now and I've been using Ivory soap, Giovanni organic shampoo, Kiss My Face Organic Gel, a crystal deodorant stick, and Tom's natural toothpaste. So far so good.

Is Dove soap ok to use? and I have heard there is an HCG approved lip balm out there...anyone know what it is? Also, when applying conditioner to your hair, use disposable gloves if you are unsure of oil content and do not massage into scalp, just keep on the ends. Thanks for sharing all your comments and helps!

I haven't heard about dove being ok, but i bought zest and it is very drying. My hair is very very very curly and dry so I am not going to switch my shampoo and conditioner...i'm just hoping it will work out ok.
