crohrer, that was an old thread, not sure if she is still active on the forum. There is a newcomer thread about load days, you can seach for it above. Generally you should eat alot of high fat foods, to fill up your normal fat stores which tend to be deficient from prior diets. Hope this helps :))
make sure you get your fill on all the high fat foods you can, or youll regret it on p2, i mean this as like youll miss it, saying dang i wish i would of eaten that burrtio one last time, before changing the way ill eat forever
