eoff40, I've tried the -Low carb Chocolate Bark- and it's sooooo good! I've tried it with both peanuts and almonds. I plan on trying the rest but have had a bit of trouble finding erythritol & xylitol...the unsweetened chocolate I found in my local grocery store, but don't forget to use an "allowed" sweetener to sweeten it up. When I'm in P4 I'm gonna try these recipes with sugar. Good luck and happy bakin' :) Macy
Erythritol?? What is it and do I have to have it to make some of these recipes? Can I just use the sweetner of choice? I thought I had everything finally to make the haystacks, and just realized I don't have this "erythritol"??? Any idea? Lindy
