    Today was my last drop day. I finished at noon. Lost 2oz shy of 15 lbs! That's pretty solid for 3 wks.

    Oooooooo Lucky you with the cocoa crack! I didn't chance it this round since my losses stopped in r1 p2 when I had it. Didn't even bother in p3. Looking into testing primal in p3 and will see if CO and co flour are ok for me. Yes, I agree about tastes for foods changing. I had collected all kinds of recipes to try but stuck w plain grilled foods in p 3. Go figure!

    Staying on plan during 3 wks of vacation is unbelievable! And losing? Don't think I cld be THAT good!

    Good luck on this long round...I think I am digging the short rounds for a while. But definitely a long one at the end! Keep me posted on your progress!

    Hi, Julie!! I am so proud of you! Look at you go! How wonderful that you are tying up Round 2 so well. I, too, have noticed more hair loss... but I do have thick hair and have always shed like mad. I am on a 40 day and, unlike my first round, am eating coco-crack on P2 with no apparent issues. I have noticed that my appetite has really changed as a result of my first round. What about you? I was on holiday for 3 weeks, and stayed on course, losing more weight (yay!). Happy to be on another round, though it does feel different than round 1. Nonetheless, I am stoked to get to the promised land, so to speak. I'll probably do a total of 4 rounds to get to my desired weight. I already have all the dates planned out in my calendar.
  3. Hey Sweetie, good to hear from you. I am R2P2W3D7. I will go a couple more days to finifh this bottle of drops. I also would like to get to a 15lbs loss for this round - almost there. I am doijng really good! Losing hair though - no amount of Biotin or any other supplement will change that, I think, with HypoT.

    I did see your post about loading - was excited to see you back. Are you doing a traditional round? what goal do you have in mind?

    I did complete the 23 days of dosing so this is a traditional round - though short- p3 will be 2 wks and no p4. then cycle back. DOes that make this a planned interruption, do you think? I am not even going to load this time and see how that works. It just seems crazy to gain a few lbs back to lose it again. I would be interested in your point of view.

    How are you feeling? all good? Amped up for t his round? Happy V Day!

    Thanks for your message. I don't know anything about cycling, I will have to study that. I don't think my body can take a 30 round, I only have 7 pounds to lose to get to goal and I'm losing a pound a day. I was told by a vet to stay on it for 30 and just up my cals. Still think about that. Remember not all of us are the same and not all things work the same. Good luck.

    Things are going pretty good. We entered phase 4 but I am staying with mostly safe food. Most sugar and high carb items scare me and I have found when I eat sugar it makes me crave more.
    The wedding went well. I did veer off a bit and I even ate a piece of cake *gasp*. I didn’t gain over where I should be but I was very close. We had drove home at night so we slept all the next day and was able to sleep off most of what I gained and I just watched what I ate the following day.
    Glad you are doing good and loosing what you gained.

    Yes both the hubby and I are going to do another round (maybe two). I think we are going to start around the beginning of February. I will have to sit down and see what day will be the best for us to start. I think I we are going to make it so we are home during the first couple of days of the VLCD since that is when we had most of our headaches. The first week is the hardest but I know we can get through it again. I am also looking forward to the safety of phase 2. It is cut and dry no questions about what we can and can’t eat.

    I actually have never done a complete round - I know someone reading this just sucked up all the oxygen gasping - it just wasn't possible for me with the lack of sleep. I have always "intended" to finish with a full round but I am actually thinking that the method to my madness has always been about when I add new foods in and taking things extra slow and not the number of days on the HCG - who knows really .... but haven't had trouble so far. It took me quite a while to get brave and try something other than atkins type food but was pleasantly surprised when I did .... when I jump back in I plan to go just as slow when I am finished.

P2-Put a fork in it....

It's done!
So 3 wks and a couple days took away 15 lbs! I am thrilled with these results... Just what I had planned! I am hoping that my hypothesis bears out...by doing shorter rounds wo p4, I can capitalize on the greater wt losses occurring in the first 3 wks of any round. But I will stick w at least 23 days in p2 of each round to hopefully lock in the new low wt.

Is this a Planned Interruption or Cycling?

I am a few ounces shy of the 15 lb goal I set for my short R2 ---- yeah! My body is trying ot hold on to EVERYTHING right now.
I do have enough drops for today and tomorrow so I will see if I can scrape off a few more oz to make it. It should be real interesting to see how I stabilize in the short round. But I have a question for you guys .... Im not sure of this and am a little scared of all the negative posts about not stabilizing after a short round, so I need your opinions.

It's getting exciting!!!

Hello...Hello! Today is D16 of R2P2 and I've lost 14 lbs!!!
I am really excited to be losing again....yeah!
I broke into the 180s today...great to see a new decade pop up on the scale!

I will be back in p3 in a few more days...loading up the frig w fage. Can't wait to dig back into that. Funny that is the thing I'm looking for!

I'm in P2 YoYo hell!

No more experimenting! This is going by too fast for me to lose a day here and there going in the wrong direction.
So no more fff for now (((sigh)))). I gained 6 oz today.
Back to strict protocol but I'm keeping the diet coke for now.

I have been having butt/hip pain on my right side and should lay off the exercise until it subsides but I need it to keep things moving....what to do...what to do???
