Yay, I'm new to the whole HCG diet and am so thankful to this forum and especially the link for P2 recipes. Yesterday was my VLCD#1 and I was really having a hard time eating boring chicken and lettuce. I was losing hope in the whole diet until I seen a 1.8 lb loss on the scale this morning and then spent a few hours on this forum reading as much as I could.

I'm now feeling much better about everything!

Thanks Beanie. Some great recipes! I'm only on day 3 of P2, and I'm doing a lot of cooking.

Should be getting my HCG in for R2 soon. I plan to do some cooking/freezing this weekend to make things as easy as possible on myself.
    Thanks for this thread!!
