    Is there an audio version?

    I haven't read a book since the Davinci Code and I'm pretty sure I only read about 20 pages in the beginning, middle and end....and mostly because I was single and holding the book was a good convo starter on the beach that summer (Like girl with dragon tattoo was a couple years back). My dating tricks ran the gamut.

    LOL! I don't see one listed. I am addicted to audiobooks!!! And yes having to "read" is a bit of a chore.

    Afternoon all!

    Swabby - hope the doc visit goes well and they figure something out already!!

    Fatty - I want to be on P3 soooo bad! And you guys are making it worse LOL!

    Can't believe week 3 has almost come to a close for me! Halfway there! Adjusted my goal weight to 130 though since I think that will be the weight I need to be at to fit in my pre baby clothes - but if I can get in them sooner then I will gladly call it a day. Thinking I will at the very least have to do a short round after this one cause pretty sure unless I get some big money losses soon I am not going to hit my goal. But I'm all right with that!

    Down .6 this morning, it has been a nice steady week for losses, none of them huge but they are adding up!

    I agree about the positive attitudes on here! Really helps me out when I'm feeling down! Overall I'm pretty happy though. And even more exciting, one of my best friends is starting HCG this Friday! So I will be able to hang out with someone and not feel deprived! We can just feel deprived together LOL!

    Anyways...hope everyone has an awesome Thursday! Can't wait until tomorrow at 4 pm LOL!

    I tried the cauliflower crust on P3 and it was amazing! So easy too.

    No audio book. But if you watch her videos on YouTube, you'll get the drift. She's really great about answering any questions you may have.

    What Was It?

    Jeremy said something a few days ago that got me thinking. He said he wishes he could remember exactly what sparked him to start this journey.

    I have been racking my brain to come up with what it was that also started me on this path. While I KNEW I needed to change my lifestyle and lose weight, I can't specifically remember what the 1 thing was that lighted the fire. I know I had a conversation with my sister who had done the protocol 2 years prior. She kept the weight off (about 25lbs) for 2 years, and when she felt it creeping back (about 10 lbs) she put herself back on the protocol and lost it again. She admitted it she let herself slide into bad habits. She knew she failed the diet, it didn't fail her. So I got to thinking, why shouldn't I give it a try?

    So I did and the changes were immediate. 9 lbs gone the first week, more energy, sleeping better, etc. That is when I got excited about changing my lifestyle and started researching low-carb high-protein living.

    I heart Dr. S!!! Yes, the weight loss is amazing and I love how I look and feel. But I love that I have my life back and that I have control over my life once again.

    And as I have told you in the past, I am looking forward to being on this earth for a long time to tease my kids when THEIR kids do to them what they do/did to me!

    So, what was your breaking/starting point?
