February brings Valentines Day.. are you ready for the holiday of candy and flowers?
Those who made New Years Resolutions to lose weight have stepped solidly onto the path are journey will take.
A little food for thought...
Success is not a race, be patient.
Success leads to success.
Success is always a work in progress.
Success doesn't come to you--you go to it.
Success is a journey, not a destination. Focus on the process.
Some people dream about success... while others wake up and work hard at it.
Success is achieved and maintained by those who try-and keep trying.
Everyday is a good day to SUCCEED!
If at first you don't succeed-try, try again

Thanks Beth! May I add a quote I found somewhere:
"Be the girl who turned her can'ts into cans, and her dreams into plans!" - more words to live by!
Happy February to everyone! Seems like yesterday was New Year's. How is everyone doing on their resolutions? I'm looking forward to the rest of the year. It's so nice to have so many "friends" here to share with. May this be a successful and joyous month for all! I hope you find something everyday to be thankful for and count your blessings. It's in the small things (like 1/4 lb. loss! Lol) that some of our biggest blessings come from. Be blessed! Thanks Beth!
p.s. I'm also working on answering your question about the patch. I would imagine since they are just like hhcg drops it should be fine. I had a PI and was naught on P3 so back to P2 I am! My resolution is to continue with my goals and not get sidetracked. I'll let you know how it goes. So far so good!
I am down over 70 pounds total!!
I tried Injections! I tried Drops! Now I'm using a Revolutionary NEW hhCG Patches! Click Here to get yours!

They also sell hhCG Drops (with and without alcohol) and pellets that are excellent.
Wow, Feb already- and it barely even feels like Winter! Down .8 today. This HAS to be the week I don't regain what I lose.4 to go to get to ticker weight. Headache is gone but i plan on adding a spinach/strawberry smoothie today maybe for breakfast. Maybe the lack of sugar is causing the headaches, I don't know. Check in later, Have a great day!
Happy February everyone!
Beth, thank you for the inspirational words. We should all take them to heart, especially when trying to get healthy.

Down 1.8 in 2 days, definitely not a week 1 but I am happy with it. Still up from my lowest that I hit last round but sticking strong to protocol and hoping to be rewarded!![]()
Good morning all! Thank you for your inspirational words Beth :-) What a great way to start a new month!
Rubyred - Love that quote - thanks!
Diane - Hope that your February is great too!
haveasmile - Good luck on your continuing your New Years Resolution ... you can do it!
Moonunit - Yay for your -.8 ... good luck this week!
Dave - Yay for rock steady :-)
Leslie - Doing great - you will be back down in no time!
AFM - I swear, all the forces in the universe have aligned against me! I am soooo close to dropping into the 130s ... then stupid TOM arrives :-( Yesterday I broke down and had a small piece of dark chocolate and 1/2 glass of red wine. Took a detox bath last night and this morning is was 140.2 ... still hovering over those 130s ... ugh. Hubby has been such a great cheerleader for me. He told me last night if I want to be done with this round I should be happy and proud of myself, but he knows that if I can just stick it out to the 40 days I will be much happier and he is right. So ... 10 more days ... and hopefully 5 more pounds!
Have a great hump day everyone :-)
Stephanie

Good Morning HCGr's and Happy February. I'm down 1 lb today. Was hung on the 155 for 5 days and finally got down into the 154#. I seem to hang on a specific weight for 4-5 days and have a 1# drop all at once. I'll take it!. Just have to be patient and not forget the path I'm on.

Yay! Happy FebruaryThis is a good month especially because my little baby is turning the big 1 year old!!!!! Not really worried about surviving valentines day, the hubby and I don't do anything for it and he'll likely just get some flowers (which is fine with me!) but getting through the cake, ice cream and snacks at my sons birthday party? Yeah, that's the iffy one LOL!
Moonunit - grats to getting a .8 loss! Woot! You'll do good this week, I know you have it in you!
Itsy - You look lovely!I need to get a pic up on my avatar...
Dave - glad things are going well!
Beth - Thanks for starting the new post, and love the quotes!
AFM - down .8 this morning! YAY! Week 2 was sort of iffy with a few questionable choices (on protocol though) and I think I have pin pointed what I need to do to keep the scale moving downwards. Which unfortunately means no beefOr at least no ground beef, did okay on the veal. Need to stick to chicken, fish, lobster and shrimp and I should be good. Too bad three of those are kind of pricy!! Only 2 more pouinds to go to be at my halfway mark, which is perfect since I'm almost halfway through my round. Though the way the clothes sizes have been I might need to adjust my goal to 130 if I want to be back in my old clothes. I think my weight has once again redistributed itself after my last pregnancy...
Happy hump day all!
