Okay....sensitive topic alert
I rarely ever get TOM because I have an IUD however, I am experiencing it worse than I have in years while on HCG. All that I can handle though....what I'm curious about is that I am 6 days from ending Phase 2--should I stick it out or stop and go to phase 3? Has TOM completely foiled me???
Thanks for any advice!
Jessica
I am in the same boat - IUD and usually don't have periods, but today I woke up with a full-on period. I'm only on day 8 of my first round and I see that everyone usually continues on the hCg during their TOM, so I am just assuming I should continue... Is that correct?
It must be strange TOM day...I'm on loestrin and never have a period. Today, 1 1/2 weeks earlier than when I "should" have my TOM, I got the surprise and was up 1.6 this morning. I should have known something was going on. I say stick it out. You may lose even more once TOM is through.![]()

Wanted to chime in. On my first round, as soon as I stopped hcg, I got a full blown period and I have Mirena. It sucked, lol! Now I am on Round 2 and so far, just spotting (I'm usually beg of month)...but we shall see.

Lucky me...TOM is back. It was supposed to be my LIW, but I'm up 1.8 today. WTF! I think I'm going to see if the weight drops off during my 72 hrs of VLCD. I am also thinking about stopping hormonal birth control all together...maybe it's time for a diaphragm.
